Our packages come with support 24/7, 365 days per year as standard, and we constantly monitor your IT systems remotely – predicting and repairing issues before they impact your organisation. On top of this, we’re one of the few providers to financially guarantee response times – giving you reassurance that we’re always on-hand to help. 


Want to ensure that your staff are making the most from your IT systems? Urban can train, guide and support staff with courses tailored to your organisation. Appealing to a users with a range of skill-sets, we can support your users with everything from chart creation and mail merges in Microsoft Word, through to complete finance and accounting system training.


Through our off-site servers, we can securely backup your information – providing protection from accidental file deletion, through to complete power or server failure. As always, all equipment comes with a full warranty, and we’ll liaise with the manufacturers on your behalf in the event that something goes wrong.

Our packages


For businesses that do not require a fully-managed IT Solution, we offer support on a per-hour (or per-issue) basis – fully reactive to all IT requirements. This ranges from the maintenance of equipment, through to the supply and installation of new machines and devices.

Pay-as-you-go is available for all IT Equipment, including Laptops, Networking Equipment, Phones, E-Mail and Cloud Storage Support.

Pay-as-you-go is also recommended for one-off projects (such as website design, or installation of a new e-mail system) – perfect for where you need expert help, but don’t want to commit to any agreements.

This service is designed for those that require IT Support infrequently, or those that don’t want the commitment of paying monthly.  We don’t charge a ‘retainer’ fee – simply call us when you need us, and we’ll agree a rate in advance.


Comprehensive annual support agreements to cater for an organisations entire IT Requirements – including Desktop PC and Network Support, Backup and Security Solutions, Telephone Systems, and E-Mail and Cloud Storage provisions.

There’s no ‘retainer’ fees, hidden ‘set-up charges’, or limits to the number of call-outs or hours – you simply pay a fixed monthly rate, regardless of how many times we’re needed.

We pro-actively monitor and maintain the IT Infrastructure to detect and repair issues before they impact the business, therefore reducing potential downtime. And for small businesses, we’ll help with everything from fixing a formula in a spreadsheet, through to redesigning and hosting your website.
