IT Support is available 24/7, and where we can not fix problems remotely or over the telephone, we will visit the school – with no limits to the number of call-outs.
Enhanced DBS Clearance is available for inspection by schools.
Security & E-Safety
As part of your IT Support package, we offer E-Safety awareness guidance and courses to promote the importance of online safety to Teachers, Parents and Students. This includes alerting staff to emerging Mobile Apps and Social Media Sites, alongside awareness on how schools can work with parents to mitigate the impact of such apps in school. We are also fully aware of the latest Counter-Extremism legislation and guidelines issued by the Government, and can advise schools on development of their E-Safety policies.
